About Our Community
Martinique I features a state of the art fitness center, resort and lap pools, bocce courts, tennis, and playground, and is located close to shopping restaurants, the Red Sox and Twins Stadiums as well as the airport and I-75. The HOA is responsible for all exterior maintenance including exterior walls & roof, repairs, landscaping, and full lawn service and upkeep.
Martinique I Homeowners Association is currently managed by Evergreen Lifestyles Management.
